Kodava Samaja was started for the development of the community and Coorg Education Fund for the encouragement of better education amongst children in the community. It is a historical bond with a documented record that the Kodava Samaja will accommodate Coorg Education Fund as a sister institution and provide an office space in their building.
How to apply for scholarship to Coorg Education Fund-A guide to students/parents
Coorg Education Fund calls for applications for scholarships, stipulating the norms in local dailies, in June of each year.
Applicants/Parents can get more information by visiting the Fund’s office or over phone. They can collect application forms from the Office or receipt by post, on sending a stamped self- addressed envelope with the application form charge.
Efforts are underway to facilitate on- line application.
You can contribute
Kindly patronize this institution with your generous contribution. The noblest contribution is to create an endowment in the loving memory of your beloved parents and dear ones. All existing, (about 76) endowments, are in the names of parents of donors.
Amounts may be sent by a/c payee cheque, at par or demand draft, payable to ’The President, Coorg Education Fund, Madikeri’
Coorg Education Fund/Committee appeals to friends and well wishers to contribute magnanimously and help the Fund grow to a corpus of l5 crores, in the near future.
